Dejar unos minutos e incorporar los tomates cherry cortados por la mitad junto con la albahaca, el or\u00e9gano y el chile picante (opcional). Mezclar y cocinar tapado por 10 minutos m\u00e1s.<br \/>\nA\u00f1adir los filetes de br\u00f3tola tratando que se apoyen sobre el fondo de la sart\u00e9n y tapar.<br \/>\nA los 10 minutos dar vuelta, ajustar con sal y continuar la cocci\u00f3n destapada durante otros 5 minutos.
