Para eso ponemos en el vaso de la batidora todos los ingredientes y batimos sin levantar. Si la salsa nos queda un poco espesa, podemos a\u00f1adir un chorrito de leche. Si nos queda un poco l\u00edquida, a\u00f1adimos un poco m\u00e1s de aceite de girasol. Todo depender\u00e1 del tama\u00f1o del huevo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, cortamos la pechuga de pollo en filetes, salpimentamos, pasamos por huevo batido y pan rallado y fre\u00edmos.
