Apagar el fuego y dejar reposar 10 minutos. Cortar todas las verduras en juliana. Reservar. En una sart\u00e9n con aceite de ma\u00edz caliente, colocar el ajo y el jengibre picados, a\u00f1adir las verduras y cocinar unos minutos. Condimentar con salsa de ostras y de soja. Por \u00faltimo, verter el aceite de s\u00e9samo.
