Picar el ajo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"product-entry instruction\">Enroscar la salchicha parrillera formando un espiral y pinchar con palillos para que conserve la forma.<\/li>\n<li class=\"product-entry instruction\">En una sart\u00e9n, dorar la salchicha parrillera de ambos lados, retirar y ah\u00ed mismo colocar los vegetales, sofritar y desglasar con el vino blanco.<\/li>\n<li class=\"product-entry instruction\">Agregar la salsa de tomates cubeteados, condimentar y volver a colocar la salchicha parrillera, cocinar unos minutos m\u00e1s, terminar con perejil picado y servir sobre el pur\u00e9 de papas tradicional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes 500 g de salchicha parrillera. 250 cc de salsa de tomates.
