Picar el ajo.<\/li>\n<li>Rehogar las cebollas y el ajo en la manteca hasta que est\u00e9n doradas. Agregar el chorrito de vino y dejar evaporar el alcohol un minuto. Agregar el caldito y deshacer junto a los dem\u00e1s ingredientes.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Retirar del fuego, agregar la crema, el queso rallado, la pizca de or\u00e9gano (solo una pizca eh, que sino ya sab\u00e9s lo que pasa: invade todo). Unir.
