Poner por encima jengibre rallado, sal, pimienta y ciboulette. Hacer las pechugas a la plancha, hasta que est\u00e9n doradas. Cortarlas en tiras.<\/li>\n<li>Croutons: cortar el pan en trozos peque\u00f1os, rociarlos con aceite, sal, pimienta y dorarlos en el horno o en una sart\u00e9n hasta que est\u00e9n crocantes.<\/li>\n<li>Pelar la naranja\u00a0y cortarla en trozos peque\u00f1os. Lo mismo con la\u00a0palta. Lavar y escurrir la\u00a0r\u00facula.<\/li>\n<li>Emplatado: hacer una cama de r\u00facula en una ensaladera plana y disponer el resto de los ingredientes para que queden vistosos. Salpimentar, condimentar con aceite de oliva y aceto.
