Dejar reposar mientras preparamos el resto<\/li>\n<li>Triturar con el mixer el jugo de\u00a0lim\u00f3n, el jugo de la\u00a0lima, el medio\u00a0caldito\u00a0si le pusiste y el\u00a0apio. Quedar\u00e1 un jugo verde claro.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar esta mezcla a la merluza, remover y enfriar, m\u00ednimo 1 hora.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Cortar la\u00a0cebolla morada\u00a0bien finita y picar el\u00a0cilantro.
