Agregar sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<li>Salpimentar los filetes de merluza (tambi\u00e9n puede hacerse con abadejo u otro pescado -sin piel-) y colocarlos sobre las papas.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar el roquefort en l\u00e1minas finas.<\/li>\n<li>Poner sobre cada filete un trocito de roquefort y un trocito de manteca.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar a horno moderado unos 20 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Sacar del horno y echarle la crema de leche por encima.
