{"id":89811,"date":"2022-05-31T08:00:41","date_gmt":"2022-05-31T11:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cordobatimes.com\/showup\/?p=89811"},"modified":"2022-05-31T08:34:25","modified_gmt":"2022-05-31T11:34:25","slug":"bondiola-a-la-cerveza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cordobatimes.com\/showup\/cocina\/2022\/05\/31\/bondiola-a-la-cerveza\/","title":{"rendered":"Bondiola a la cerveza"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg de bondiola de cerdo<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla blanca mediana<\/li>\n<li>2 cebollas de verdeo<\/li>\n<li>1 l de cerveza negra<\/li>\n<li>Jugo de 2 naranjas<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de miel<\/li>\n<li>1 cda de az\u00facar negra<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta negra<\/li>\n<li>Una ramita de romero<\/li>\n<li>1 cda de mostaza<\/li>\n<li>Aceite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Modo de preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Cortar la bondiola en cubos de un bocado y dorar en una sart\u00e9n profunda.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez que est\u00e9 dorado de todas las partes reservar aparte.<\/li>\n<li>Picar las verduras y cocinarlas en la misma sart\u00e9n en la que se dor\u00f3 la bondiola.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez que est\u00e9n cocidas agregarla ya dorada, la cerveza, el jugo de naranja, la miel y el az\u00facar. Condimentar a gusto.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar bien todo y llevar el fuego a m\u00ednimo hasta que se evapore todo el alcohol. Debe reducirse hasta que tome consistencia y tenga un color brillante.
