Agregar las dos yemas y mezclar.<\/li>\n<li>. Agregar de golpe el agua helada. Tiene que estar muy helada, del congelador. Esto dar\u00e1\u00a0al filet de merluza una textura muy crocante. Mezclar bien con batidor. Quedar\u00e1 una pasta de una textura parecida a la de hacer\u00a0panqueques\u00a0o crepes.<\/li>\n<li>4. Pasar cada filet de merluza por la mezcla de harina, que se embeba bien. Fre\u00edr en aceite muy caliente hasta que est\u00e9n dorados de ambos lados.<\/li>\n<li>5.
