Cuando hierva, sacamos la olla del fuego y a\u00f1adimos de golpe la harina. Lo volvemos a poner al fuego y removemos la mezcla, hasta que la masa se \u200b\u200bdesprenda de las paredes del recipiente.<\/li>\n<li>Dejamos enfriar un poco la masa y le a\u00f1adimos los huevos de uno en uno, batiendo con la batidora\u00a0 tras cada adici\u00f3n. Con la ayuda de dos cucharas, hacemos bolitas con la masa y las horneamos a 180\u00ba durante unos 25 minutos. Sacamos la bandeja del horno y la dejamos enfriar.<\/li>\n<li>Para preparar la crema, la noche anterior, para que tenga m\u00e1s sabor, hervimos la leche con la canela y la piel de lim\u00f3n, dej\u00e1ndola infusionar toda la noche. Despu\u00e9s, colamos la leche y deshacemos en ella 200 g de az\u00facar, a\u00f1adimos las 6 yemas de huevo y la maizena.<\/li>\n<li>Colocamos sobre el fuego y a\u00f1adimos poco a poco el resto de la leche (sin la canela y la piel de lim\u00f3n) y lo dejamos hervir todo removiendo siempre.
