Llevarlo a una olla y hervirlo con caldo y leche.\u00a0Preparar la cubierta. Llevar 2 pimientos en una placa\u00a0 con un poco de aceite. Cocinar y luego pelar.\u00a0Rallar muzzarella. Picar ajo y perejil.\u00a0Para la salsa de tomate, preparar una sarten bien caliente con aceite de oliva y cocinar el tomate triturado con cebolla y ajo.\u00a0Armar el matambre. Colocar el queso, el jam\u00f3n y la salsa por sobre el matambre.\u00a0Llevar al horno. Un horno a 200\u00ba hasta que se funda bien el queso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Terminar la cubierta: preparar los huevos fritos y colocarlos por encima del matambre una vez que sali\u00f3 del horno.
