En una sart\u00e9n grande, agregar aceite de oliva y saltear el salm\u00f3n a fuego medio.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar de la sart\u00e9n y dejar a un lado.<\/li>\n<li>En la misma sart\u00e9n, combinar la crema de leche, el jugo de lim\u00f3n y el caldo de verduras.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n y reducir a fuego lento.
