de ajo molido<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\">Piment\u00f3n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\">Sal y pimienta<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\">Hilo de algod\u00f3n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\"><strong>Para el Pimiento Gratinado:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"VideoRecipe__ColumnList-sc-4pl27p-4 ejnRvL\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\">1 pimiento rojo<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\">1 pimiento verde<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\">200 gr. de mozzarella rallada<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\">150 gr. de gruyere rallado<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\">4 huevos<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\">3 cebollas verdeo preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Para la Pica\u00f1a:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Filetear los hongos con oliva, sal, pimienta, aceto, aji molido y piment\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Abrir la pica\u00f1a y condimentar con sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<li>Rellenar con queso, jam\u00f3n, tomates, hongos<\/li>\n<li>Cerrar con hilo de algod\u00f3n, condimentar y llevar a la grilla a dorar por ambos lados.<\/li>\n<li>Pasar a una placa para horno precalentado en 170 \u00b0 (a fuego bajo) 25 minutos por lado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Para los Pimientos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cortar los pimientos por la mitad, limpiar bien de semillas y partes blancas.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar a horno 180\u00b0 por 20 min. o hasta que est\u00e9n blandos.<\/li>\n<li>Distribuir los quesos en todas las porciones y cascar a cada uno un huevo.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar a gratinar en horno a 180\u00b0 por unos 10 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Espolvorear los pimientos con cebolla de
