Agregar la cebolla y el ajo picados. Bajar el fuego y agregar el tomate triturado junto con dos hojas de laurel. Dejar cocinar hasta que espesa. A\u00f1adir la nata y retirar. Condimentar.<\/li>\n<li>Cocinar los \u00f1oquis en abundante agua con sal. Retirar y llevar a la salsa.
