Mezcle con una pizca de sal y pimienta negra en un bowl grande. Escurrir el exceso de l\u00edquido de las papas y colocarlas en un bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Coloque la mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n de hierro a fuego medio-alto hasta que se derrita.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar las papas e inmediatamente comenzar a formar la corteza organizando las papas contra la base y los lados de la sart\u00e9n con un tenedor.<\/li>\n<li>Continuar cocinando hasta que comience a dorarse, aproximadamente 10 minutos. Retirar la sart\u00e9n del fuego y dejar a un lado.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras tanto, derretir la mantequilla restante en una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio. A\u00f1adir la panceta y fre\u00edr durante 5-6 minutos y dejar de lado.<\/li>\n<li>Batir 2\/3 del queso gruyere, la crema de leche, la crema batida, los huevos y una pizca de nuez moscada en un bowl grande.<\/li>\n<li>Espolvorear\u00a0 la panceta uniformemente sobre la corteza de papas, luego verter la mezcla de crema huevo y queso.<\/li>\n<li>Espolvorear encima el queso gruyere restante y hornear hasta que la tarta est\u00e9 lista y la corteza est\u00e9 bien dorada, aproximadamente 30-35 minutos.
