{"id":67715,"date":"2019-10-28T09:20:11","date_gmt":"2019-10-28T12:20:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cordobatimes.com\/showup\/?p=67715"},"modified":"2019-10-28T09:20:11","modified_gmt":"2019-10-28T12:20:11","slug":"peceto-en-olla-al-vino-blanco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cordobatimes.com\/showup\/cocina\/2019\/10\/28\/peceto-en-olla-al-vino-blanco\/","title":{"rendered":"Peceto en olla al vino blanco"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"texto-destacado\">1 peceto de 1kg<\/li>\n<li class=\"texto-destacado\">2 cs de manteca<\/li>\n<li class=\"texto-destacado\">400ml de vino blanco<\/li>\n<li class=\"texto-destacado\">200gr de champi\u00f1ones<\/li>\n<li class=\"texto-destacado\">1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li class=\"texto-destacado\">10 papines o 5 papas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Modo de preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"listado\">\n<li>En una olla, derretir la manteca y agregar los champi\u00f1ones previamente lavados y fileteados.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando los champi\u00f1ones est\u00e9n tiernos, reservarlos en un bowl.<\/li>\n<li>En la misma olla, sellar el peceto (cocinar a fuego fuerte durante 1min cada lado de la carne), agregando un poco de manteca o aceite si fuera necesario<\/li>\n<li>Agregar los champi\u00f1ones y la cebolla picada muy chico<\/li>\n<li>Agregar el vino blanco, salpimentar y esperar que rompa el 1er hervor y bajar a fuego m\u00ednimo<\/li>\n<li>Tapar la olla y cocinar durante 20min, verificando de vez en cuando que queda l\u00edquido en la cacerola.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez ese tiempo transcurrido, agregar los papines (o las papas cortadas al medio) previamente lavados<\/li>\n<li>Volver a tapar la olla y cocinar unos 20 minutos, verificando la cocci\u00f3n de vez en cuando<\/li>\n<li>Las papas deben estar tiernas, si a\u00fan les falta, cocinar hasta que est\u00e9n a punto<\/li>\n<li>Servir inmediatamente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>TIP<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"listado\">\n<li>Si queda poco l\u00edquido, pueden agregar vino blanco, caldo de carne o agua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes 1 peceto de 1kg 2 cs de manteca 400ml de vino blanco 200gr de champi\u00f1ones 1 cebolla 10 papines o 5 papas Modo de preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0 En una olla, derretir la manteca y agregar los champi\u00f1ones previamente lavados y fileteados.
