Usar un cortador de pizza para cortar 10 hendiduras a cada lado de la masa. Deben ir aproximadamente 5 cm. hacia el centro de la masa. Extender la mayonesa a lo largo del centro de la masa y espolvorear con r\u00e1bano picante fresco. Colocar 3 trozos de queso suizo seguido de la carne asada en la parte superior.
