A fuego suave cocinamos los crepes finos de ambos lados. Reservamos.<\/li>\n<li>Para la bolognesa, en una\u00a0<em>cacerola<\/em>\u00a0de hierro caliente con aceite de oliva cocinamos\u00a0<em>cebolla<\/em>\u00a0picada,\u00a0<em>ajo<\/em>\u00a0picado y desglasar con vino tinto.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos\u00a0<em>morr\u00f3n<\/em>\u00a0rojo y verde picado y \u00a0zanahoria en\u00a0<em>rodajas<\/em>.
