A\u00f1adir el\u00a0<em>romero<\/em>\u00a0y los ajos enteros.<\/li>\n<li>Cocinar hasta\u00a0<em>dorar<\/em>. Luego dar vuelta y llevar al horno para terminar la cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>En un taz\u00f3n, mezclar el pur\u00e9 de patatas -pulpa de patatas cocidas al horno con piel-, la leche, el\u00a0<em>huevo<\/em>\u00a0y la yema.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar el queso rallado y mezclar bien hasta homogeneizar.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar la preparaci\u00f3n en una manga y dar forma sobre una fuente revestida con papel para hornear.
