class=\"stepsrc_ul\">\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva\u00a0<em>saltear<\/em>\u00a0<em>ajo<\/em>,\u00a0<em>cebolla<\/em>,\u00a0<em>pimiento <\/em><em>morr\u00f3n<\/em>\u00a0(todo picado) por 5 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar\u00a0<em>jam\u00f3n<\/em>\u00a0en cubitos, aceitunas verdes en ruedas, salsa de tomates y cocinar hasta que reduzca el l\u00edquido.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar\u00a0<em>cilantro<\/em>\u00a0picado, papas cocidas en cubitos y\u00a0<em>condimentar<\/em>\u00a0con sal, reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Realizar una incisi\u00f3n en la parte superior de cada pechuga sin abrirla del todo (debe quedar como un sobre).<\/li>\n<li>Rellenar con la mezcla reservada y cerrar con 2 palillos.<\/li>\n<li>En un sart\u00e9n con aceite sellar las pechugas por 2 minutos por cada lado<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir cerveza, dejar evaporar el alcohol y dejar cocinar con tapa a fuego lento por 15 minutos aprox. , reservar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Berenjenas<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Cortar las berenjenas en ruedas de 1 cm y\u00a0<em>dorar<\/em>\u00a0por ambos lados con aceite de oliva en sart\u00e9n, reservar.<\/li>\n<li>En la misma sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva\u00a0<em>saltear<\/em>\u00a0<em>ajo<\/em>,\u00a0<em>cebolla<\/em>\u00a0y\u00a0<em>pimiento<\/em>\u00a0rojo (todo picado) por 5 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Agregar el\u00a0<em>tomate<\/em>\u00a0sin semillas cortado en cubos, las berenjenas doradas y\u00a0<em>condimentar<\/em>\u00a0con sal y\u00a0<em>or\u00e9gano<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Cocinar por 5 minutos y reservar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Armado<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Cortar las pechugas rellenas
