Incorporar bien y a\u00f1adir el vino blanco y la miel. Reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"product-entry instruction\">Los bifes deben ser finos. Golpearlos un poco para afinarlos m\u00e1s y tiernizarlos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"product-entry instruction\">Salpimentarlos y llevarlos al bowl junto a la mezcla anterior. Aderezar bien. Reservar unas horas en heladera para que impregne bien el sabor.<\/li>\n<li class=\"product-entry instruction\">Colocar los bifes encim\u00e1ndose un poco, uno al lado de otro sobre una placa para horno con papel manteca, formando una base.<\/li>\n<li class=\"product-entry instruction\">Sobre esta colocar las fetas de jam\u00f3n cocido y queso de campo.
