Tapar bien con papel aluminio y llevar a horno bajo por una hora y media aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"187\">\n<p data-reactid=\"188\">Cuando la carne se haya tiernizado, colocar en una placa limpia y pintar con el resto de la salsa barbacoa. Cocinar en horno fuerte por 10 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"189\">\n<p data-reactid=\"190\">Para las papas rotas, lavar las papas bien con un cepillo, salar y cocinarlas enteras en horno moderado.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"191\">\n<p data-reactid=\"192\">Una vez cocidas, aplastar con un pisa papas, salar adentro, poner hojitas de romero y daditos de manteca.
