Sumar la ralladura, esencia y los secos (harina, almid\u00f3n y polvo de hornear) tamizados, en 3 veces y con movimientos envolventes.<\/li>\n<li>Terminar integrando la manteca pomada con esp\u00e1tula y con movimientos envolventes.<\/li>\n<li>Cocer al horno medio por 30 minutos en molde desmontable de 26 cm enmantecado y enharinado.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Para el merengue,<\/strong>\u00a0batir las claras con el az\u00facar hasta merengar y pasar a manga. Hacer discos de merengue en placa para horno. Cocer a horno muy bajo (incluso con la puerta algo abierta) por unas 2 o 3 horas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Para la crema,<\/strong>\u00a0batir la crema con el az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Para el armado,\u00a0<\/strong>cortar el bizcochuelo en 2 capas y humedecerlo.
