Amasar bien y descansar tapada por 30 minutos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Para el relleno,<\/strong>\u00a0hervir los br\u00f3colis por 5 minutos y picar. Saltear en sart\u00e9n con oliva junto con ajo, albahaca y perejil picados, aj\u00ed picante a gusto y desglasar con vino blanco. Condimentar y cocer hasta que evapore el alcohol.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Para el armado,<\/strong>\u00a0estirar la masa y cortar c\u00edrculos del tama\u00f1o deseado. Rellenar y cerrar dando forma de agnoloti. Hervir en agua y sal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Para la salsa,<\/strong>\u00a0saltear los cherrys en sart\u00e9n con oliva y sumar las aceitunas, anchoas y tomate triturado.
