Agregar agua si es necesario.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aparte<\/strong>, trozar la carne de cordero en cubitos y volcar el procesado sobre estos para marinarlo (tapado y en heladera por 2 horas).<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pasar la preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0a una olla con aceite y cocer hasta que la carne est\u00e9 dorarda, incorporar la zanahoria en rodajas. Tapar y bajar al m\u00ednimo. Cocer por una hora. Condimentar.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tostar el man\u00ed\u00a0<\/strong>en aceite de s\u00e9samo y servir el arroz previamente cocido en agua y sal con el guiso y los man\u00edes.
