Dorar de ambos lados en sart\u00e9n con oliva y retirar.<\/li>\n<li>En la misma sart\u00e9n agrar m\u00e1s aceite y rehogar las cebollas y morrones picados hasta transparentar. Sumar los ajos fileteados e incorporar los bifes nuevamente.<\/li>\n<li>Desglasar con vino blanco y condimentar. Sumar las hojas de laurel y cubrir con el tomate triturado, agregar el az\u00facar para eliminar el \u00e1cido del tomate y terminar con el caldo.<\/li>\n<li>Reducir por 30 minutos a fuego bajo para concentar el sabor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Para las papas,<\/strong>\u00a0pelarlas y coratarlas en finas rojadas. Fre\u00edrlas en aceite y mezclar con perejil picado.
