Reservar. En la misma olla, colocar la cebolla cortada chiquita, agregar el ajo, dejar rehogar hasta que est\u00e9n transparentes. Agregar las presas reservadas. Mezclar todo. Agregar la salsa de tomates. Condimentar con sal, pimienta, una pizca de az\u00facar, piment\u00f3n dulce, or\u00e9gano. Dejar cocinar, a fuego bajo, durante 1 hora aproximadamente.<br \/>\nEn una olla grande, colocar abundante agua, agregarle sal gruesa a gusto.
