Dejar\u00a0<em>marinar<\/em>\u00a0unos minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras, cortar la\u00a0<em>cebolla<\/em>\u00a0en juliana gruesa. Cortar el\u00a0<em>pimiento\u00a0<\/em>rojo y el\u00a0<em>aj\u00ed<\/em>\u00a0amarillo en tiras, retirando las venas y las pepitas. Cortar el\u00a0<em>tomate<\/em>\u00a0en juliana y quitarle tambi\u00e9n las semillas.<\/li>\n<li>En un wok o una sart\u00e9n, calentar un chorro de aceite. Cuando el aceite est\u00e9 humeando, a\u00f1adir la carne -reservar el\u00a0<em>jugo<\/em>\u00a0de la maceraci\u00f3n- y\u00a0<em>saltear<\/em>. A\u00f1adir la\u00a0<em>cebolla<\/em>\u00a0y la pasta de\u00a0<em>ajo<\/em>. Mezclar.<\/li>\n<li>Verter el caldo reservado de la maceraci\u00f3n. Disminuir el fuego e incorporar el\u00a0<em>aj\u00ed<\/em>\u00a0amarillo y el\u00a0<em>pimiento<\/em>\u00a0rojo. Agregar la salsa de ostras. Por \u00faltimo, a\u00f1adir el\u00a0<em>tomate<\/em>\u00a0y\u00a0<em>saltear<\/em>\u00a0un poco m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Por otro lado,\u00a0<em>pelar<\/em>\u00a0las papas y cortar en bastones. Fre\u00edr en una peque\u00f1a olla con abundante aceite. Retirar y quitar el exceso de aceite dejando reposar en un plato con papel absorbente.<\/li>\n<li>Servir el\u00a0lomo\u00a0salteado en un plato. Echar encima el\u00a0<em>cilantro\u00a0<\/em>picado -no tan fino- y la cebolleta\u00a0<em>china<\/em>\u00a0picada. Acompa\u00f1ar con las papas fritas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"box-eg padding20 recipetext both\">\n<h2 class=\"titulo-preparacion\">Tips<\/h2>\n<div class=\"rec_content\">\n<ol class=\"stepsrc_ul\">\n<li>Utiliza guantes de pl\u00e1stico o ba\u00f1a tus manos con aceite para manipular el\u00a0<em>aj\u00ed<\/em>\u00a0amarrillo, pues pica mucho.<\/li>\n<li>Si no posees un wok, puedes utilizar una sart\u00e9n grande.<\/li>\n<li>Para la pasta de\u00a0ajo, hornear 2 dientes de\u00a0<em>ajo<\/em>\u00a0por unos minutos hasta que se dore. Retirar y preparar un pur\u00e9 con un poco de aceite.
