Dejar enfriar.<\/li>\n<li>Volcar el batido en el molde y\u00a0cocinar a ba\u00f1o de mar\u00eda en horno bajo, entre\u00a045 y 50 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez cumplido el tiempo, apagar el fuego y dejar enfriar la isla dentro del horno.<\/li>\n<li>Servir con salsa inglesa.<\/li>\n<li>Para el sambay\u00f3n, mezclar las yemas con el az\u00facar y el\u00a0<em>oporto<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar a ba\u00f1o de mar\u00eda sobre una olla, sin dejar de batir, hasta que tome cuerpo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes Para el caramelo Az\u00facar\u00a0250 grs.
