{"id":57656,"date":"2017-12-20T09:45:48","date_gmt":"2017-12-20T12:45:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cordobatimes.com\/showup\/?p=57656"},"modified":"2020-06-12T21:38:02","modified_gmt":"2020-06-13T00:38:02","slug":"torta-oreo-chocolate-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cordobatimes.com\/showup\/tortas\/2017\/12\/20\/torta-oreo-chocolate-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Torta de Oreo y Chocolate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 data-reactid=\"233\"><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 data-reactid=\"233\">Para la base:<\/h3>\n<div data-reactid=\"235\">\n<ul class=\"no-bullet recipe-ingredients-list\" data-reactid=\"236\">\n<li data-reactid=\"239\">\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"240\">12 galletas Oreo<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"241\">\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"242\">25 gr. de mantequilla<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"242\"><strong>Para el postre ligero de chocolate:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"no-bullet recipe-ingredients-list\" data-reactid=\"236\">\n<li data-reactid=\"245\">\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"246\">10 gr. de maicena<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"247\">\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"248\">Una pizca de sal<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"249\">\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"250\">50 gr. de az\u00facar<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"251\">\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"252\">55 gr. de chocolate con m\u00e1s del 70% de Cacao.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"no-bullet recipe-ingredients-list second\" data-reactid=\"253\">\n<li data-reactid=\"254\">\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"255\">240 ml. de leche<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"256\">\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"257\">\u00bd cucharadita de extracto de vainilla<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"259\"><strong>Para la crema montada:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"no-bullet recipe-ingredients-list second\" data-reactid=\"253\">\n<li data-reactid=\"260\">\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"261\">250 ml. de nata con m\u00e1s del 35% de materia grasa (yo us\u00e9 Ermol).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"262\">\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"263\">20 gr. de az\u00facar impalpable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"264\">\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"265\">Para la decoraci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"266\">\n<p class=\"p-ingredient\" data-reactid=\"267\">150 gr. de chips de chocolate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Modo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"recipe-steps-list e-instructions\" data-reactid=\"272\">\n<li data-reactid=\"273\">\n<p data-reactid=\"274\">Comenzaremos preparando la base de la lasa\u00f1a y para ello trituraremos las galletas oreo<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"275\">\n<p data-reactid=\"276\">Derretimos la manteca y unimos esta con las galletas trituradas hasta que se integre bien<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"277\">\n<p data-reactid=\"278\">Lo colocaremos como base en un molde rectangular<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"279\">\n<p data-reactid=\"280\">Meteremos en la heladera y dejaremos que enfr\u00ede<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"281\">\n<p data-reactid=\"282\">La segunda capa que hacemos es el postre ligero de chocolate para que se vaya enfriando<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"283\">\n<p data-reactid=\"284\">En una olla ponemos la maicena, la sal y el az\u00facar y la leche, lo colocamos a fuego medio y no dejamos de remover hasta que vaya espesando, tardar\u00e1 unos 8-10 minutos<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"285\">\n<p data-reactid=\"286\">En este momento apartaremos la olla del fuego y agregamos el chocolate removi\u00e9ndolo para que se derrita por completo,Finalmente a\u00f1adiremos el extracto de vainilla<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"287\">\n<p data-reactid=\"288\">Verteremos en un bowl y removeremos cada cinco minutos para que vaya cogiendo cuerpo al enfriarse<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"289\">\n<p data-reactid=\"290\">Mientras tanto montamos la crema con el az\u00facar impalpable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"291\">\n<p data-reactid=\"292\">Sacaremos de la heladera la base de galleta y sobre ella pondremos una capa de crema, sobre la misma una capa del postre ligero de chocolate, nuevamente una capa de crema y decoraremos con las gotas de chocolate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"293\">\n<p data-reactid=\"294\">Conservar en heladera por 2 horas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INGREDIENTES Para la base: 12 galletas Oreo 25 gr. de mantequilla Para el postre ligero de chocolate: 10 gr. de maicena Una pizca de sal 50 gr. de az\u00facar 55 gr. de chocolate con m\u00e1s del 70% de Cacao. 240 ml. de leche \u00bd cucharadita de extracto de vainilla Para la crema montada: 250 ml.
