Batir a mano o en licuadora hasta tener una masa homog\u00e9nea. Dejar descansar en la heladera unos 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"294\">\n<p data-reactid=\"295\">En una sart\u00e9n antiadherente, agregar un poco de manteca e ir cocinando los crepes, agregando m\u00e1s manteca a la sart\u00e9n entre crepe y crepe. Cocinarlos vuelta y vuelta. Ir aplic\u00e1ndolos en un plato. Realizar toda la mezcla.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"296\">\n<p data-reactid=\"297\">Para el relleno rehogar en sart\u00e9n la cebolla, todos los hongos hasta que resulten blandos. Incorporar el vino, dejar que evapore el alcohol. Apagar el fuego y a\u00f1adir el ajo en polvo, perejil picado y condimentar. Dejar enfriar y unir en un bowl con la ricota y la mozzarella rallada.
