Amasar bien hasta que se integren todos los ingredientes. Dejar reposar en la heladera m\u00ednimo 1 hs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"301\">\n<p data-reactid=\"302\">Para el relleno, blanquear la espinaca, escurrirla y picarla. Dorar la cebolla picada junto con el ajo, a\u00f1adir la ricota, espinaca, mozzarella rallada, sal, pimienta y nueces picadas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"303\">\n<p data-reactid=\"304\">Estirar la masa con palote bien finita, cortar con cortante redondo y darle forma de agnolotti.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"305\">\n<p data-reactid=\"306\">Hervir en abundante agua con sal por 15 min.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"307\">\n<p data-reactid=\"308\">Hacer la salsa rehogando la cebolla de verdeo con los hongos incorporar un chorro de vino blanco hasta que evapore alcohol, los tomates secos y la crema.
