A los 25 a\u00f1os,\u00a0Selena Gomez\u00a0debi\u00f3 someterse a un trasplante de ri\u00f1\u00f3n debido al lupus, la enfermedad autoinmune que sufre desde hace a\u00f1os. La cirug\u00eda se mantuvo en secreto hasta hoy, cuando la estrella pop comparti\u00f3 impactantes im\u00e1genes tomadas en la cl\u00ednica junto a su mejor amiga,Francia Raisa, quien le don\u00f3 el \u00f3rgano.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSoy muy consciente de que algunos de mis fans se hab\u00edan dado cuenta de que estaba muy perfil bajo durante parte del verano y me preguntaban por qu\u00e9 no estaba promocionando mi nueva m\u00fasica, de la cual estaba muy orgullosa\u201d, escribi\u00f3 Selena.\u00a0\u201cSupe que necesitaba someterme a un trasplante de ri\u00f1\u00f3n y me estaba recuperando. Era lo que ten\u00eda que hacer para mi salud\u201d, agreg\u00f3 aunque no especific\u00f3 en qu\u00e9 fecha fue la operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cQuiero agradecer p\u00fablicamente a mi familia y al incre\u00edble equipo de m\u00e9dicos.Finalmente, no hay palabras para describir mi agradecimiento para mi hermosa amiga Francia Raisa. So I found out I needed to get a kidney transplant due to my Lupus and was recovering. It was what I needed to do for my overall health. I honestly look forward to sharing with you, soon my journey through these past several months as I have always wanted to do with you. Until then I want to publicly thank my family and incredible team of doctors for everything they have done for me prior to and post-surgery.
