Agregar 1 litro de agua hirviendo y cocinar hasta que resulte listo. Mover cada tanto.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"268\">\n<p data-reactid=\"269\">Incorporar los 20 gr. de manteca restante en cubos, el queso rallado y condimentar. Dejar enfriar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-reactid=\"270\">\n<p data-reactid=\"271\">Con las manos h\u00famedas formar 16 albondigas con el arroz fr\u00edo, colocar un cubo de mozzarella en cada una, cerrar bien, pasarlas por huevo batido y harina.
