Amasar incorporando agua a temperatura ambiente. Dejar descansar hasta que leude.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para el relleno: reogar la cebolla, retirar y poner en un bol. Agregar el morr\u00f3n asado al horno cortado en cubitos, el at\u00fan, la sardina, la caballa y revolver. Agregar el or\u00e9gano, sal y pimienta. Revolver.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cortar un poco menos de la mitad de la masa para cubri el fondo y los laterales de un molde previanmente aceitado y enharinado. Volcar el relleno y taparlo con la masa restante. Hacer el repulgue y llevar al horno. Pinchar con tenedor para que respire.
