No debe quedar nada de agua, luego la picamos o la procesamos.<\/li>\n<li>Colocamos en un bol, le agregamos los huevos, aceite y sal. Revolvemos bien para unir todo.<\/li>\n<li>Vamos agregando la harina de a poco hasta formar una masa que no se nos pegue en los dedos. La dividimos en 4 o 5 partes y la estiramos, espolvoreando permanentemente con harina.<\/li>\n<li>Dejamos orear durante unos 30 minutos. Si no tienen m\u00e1quina, enrollamos la masa y cortamos con cuchillo bien filoso. El grosor de los fideos depende de su gusto.<\/li>\n<li>Colocamos una cacerola con abundante agua y le agregamos un poquito de sal.
