Reservar con un poco de oliva.<\/li>\n<li>Sellar las fetas de panceta por ambos lados, retirar sobre papel absorbente. Picar y reservar.<\/li>\n<li>En sart\u00e9n caliente derretir la manteca junto con el oliva a temperatura media. Agregar los dientes de ajo picados, la nata y condimentar con sal, pimienta y nuez moscada.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporar el queso parmesano y mover permanentemente con ayuda de una cuchara de madera.
