Salar y sumar el arroz. fre\u00edr \u00a0ligeramente hasta que este dorado \u00a0y sumar ajo picado, la berenjena en cubitos y cubrir con caldo.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando el arroz est\u00e1 cocido, luego de unos 15 minutos, incorporar la miga de pan picada, el queso rallado y la manteca.
