Adobar los bifes bridados para mantener la forma y marinar por una hora.<\/li>\n<li>Salar y cocer a la parrilla de ambos lados.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Para la torta, forrar una olla de doble fondo de 23 cm de di\u00e1metro, con las l\u00e1minas de panceta de manera intercalada teniendo en cuenta que cubra la base y cuelguen hacia fuera.<\/li>\n<li>Rellenar intercalando la cebolla picada, rodajas finas de papa y queso rallado.
