Dorar en oliva de ambos lados. Salpimentar.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar y resrvar. En la misma sart\u00e9n dorar los hongos fileteados (sin mover) m\u00e1s la cebolla fileteada y el verdeo picado.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando transparentan las cebollas y los hongos doran, sumar el ajo picado y condimentar m\u00e1s sumar el jam\u00f3n en tiritas para que tome calor. Deglasar con vino blanco hasta que evapore el alcohol.<\/li>\n<li>Cubrir con caldo, disolver el extracto de tomate, volver a colocar el pollo en la sart\u00e9n y reducir a fuego bajo por 10 minutos a fuego medio.
