Cuando est\u00e1 dorada, sumar la espinaca, salpimentar, cocer por un minuto y sumar la leche m\u00e1s la harina de a poco hasta lograr una salsa blanca (agregar leche o harina de acuerdo sea necesario).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Para la bolognesa, aparte, dorar la carne picada en oliva y agregar el ajo y cebolla picados. Condimnetar con or\u00e9gano, aj\u00ed molido y desglasar con vino blanco.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando evapora el alcohol, incorporar el pur\u00e9 de tomate.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Para el armado, colocar una base de salsa en la fuente para horno y cubrir con masas.<\/li>\n<li>Rellenar con bolognesa, jam\u00f3n cocido y la salsa de blanca de espinaca.
