Incorporar el agua fr\u00eda y el chocolate ya derretido y fr\u00edo.<\/li>\n<li>Formar el bollo, dejar descansar en heladera y luego estirar la masa de 1 cm de grosor y cortar tapitas de 10 cm de di\u00e1metro.<\/li>\n<li>Distribuirlas sobre una placa apenas enmantecada y volver a la heladera por 10 minutos para que la masa quede firme.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar a horno precalentado suave hasta que las tapitas hagan piso, retirar y remover de la placa una vez que est\u00e9n fr\u00edas.<\/li>\n<li>Para el armado, sobre la mitad de las tapas distribuir una cucharada bien generosa de helado, cubrir con otra tapa; y espolvorear con az\u00facar impalpable.<\/li>\n<li>Servir enseguida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ingredientes 240 g de harina 4 cdas. de cacao 80 g de az\u00facar impalpable 160 g de manteca 1 cda. de agua fr\u00eda 50 g de chocolate amargo 250 g de helado de dulce de leche Modo de preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0 Cernir la harina junto con el cacao y mezclar con el az\u00facar.
