{"id":44500,"date":"2016-07-20T11:00:15","date_gmt":"2016-07-20T14:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cordobatimes.com\/showup\/?p=44500"},"modified":"2020-04-10T09:43:37","modified_gmt":"2020-04-10T12:43:37","slug":"lollypops","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cordobatimes.com\/showup\/cocina\/2016\/07\/20\/lollypops\/","title":{"rendered":"Lollypops"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Ingredientes\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tazas de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 taza de glucosa<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de agua<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cdita de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>Gotas de colorante vegetal a elecci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Palos de brochette, c\/n<\/li>\n<li>Granas de az\u00facar, c\/n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Modo de preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Calentar en una olla peque\u00f1a el az\u00facar con la glucosa y el agua, hasta que los cristales se disuelvan.<\/li>\n<li>Dejar sobre fuego muy suave sin revolver hasta llegar a los 149 grados cent\u00edgrados o a punto quebradizo muy duro.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar enseguida del fuego; agregar la esencia y el colorante; y mezclar.<\/li>\n<li>Sobre un m\u00e1rmol bien enmantecado, volcar con la misma olla, chorritos de la mezcla para formar pastillas del tama\u00f1o deseado.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras est\u00e9n blandos, colocarles los palitos para que puedan hundirse en el alm\u00edbar; y para decorar, espolvorearle por encima grageas o granas.
