Salpimentar y reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Estirar la masa de hojaldre y forrar con ella cuatro moldes individuales de 10 cm de di\u00e1metro, pinchar con un tenedor las bases, volcar la preparaci\u00f3n de cebollas, llevar al horno moderado pro 30 minutos o hasta que la masa se note cocida.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer los huevos mollets poni\u00e9ndolos en un bol profundo y volc\u00e1ndoles agua hirviendo por encima.
