{"id":44128,"date":"2015-10-07T19:30:28","date_gmt":"2015-10-07T22:30:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cordobatimes.com\/showup\/?p=44128"},"modified":"2020-04-08T20:17:50","modified_gmt":"2020-04-08T23:17:50","slug":"chocolate-en-molde-con-frutillas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cordobatimes.com\/showup\/cocina\/2015\/10\/07\/chocolate-en-molde-con-frutillas\/","title":{"rendered":"Chocolate en molde con frutillas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Ingredientes\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de chocolate amargo cobertura<\/li>\n<li>6 pirotines de muffin<\/li>\n<li>90 g de chocolate amargo<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n<li>1 cdita. de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de crema de leche<\/li>\n<li>100 cc de crema de leche<\/li>\n<li>100 g de frutillas frescas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Modo de preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Para la base, derretir el chocolate cobertura y con un pincel de cocina cubrir todo el interior de cada pirot\u00edn.<\/li>\n<li>Reservar en fr\u00edo.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando el chocolate se haya endurecido hacer una segunda capa de chocolate pincelando nuevamente; y as\u00ed continuar haciendo capa sobre capa y reservando en fr\u00edo hasta terminar con el chocolate.<\/li>\n<li>Para la mousse, fundir el chocolate en microondas o a ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda y en caliente incorporar las dos yemas.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar bien, agregar la esencia de vainilla y la crema batida a medio punto; y, por \u00faltimo, las claras a nieve, en dos veces.<\/li>\n<li>Reservar en fr\u00edo.
