Dejar transparentar los vegetales y salar.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Para el aderezo, en un bol, mezclar el aceite con el jugo de lim\u00f3n, los condimentos y el ajo rallado.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Cuando los vegetales transparentan, incorporar el extracto de tomate y el aderezo. Incorporar bien, reducir por un par de minutos y desglasar con la cerveza.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Cuando evapora el alcohol, sumar el caldo y el tomate triturado. Incorporar la mitad de los porotos previamente remojados y procesados.
