Toda la superficie debe quedar bien cubierta pero no as\u00ed los bordes del molde.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar las yemas con el dulce de leche repostero \u00a0hasta que no queden rastros de ellas.<\/li>\n<li>Batir las claras a nieve e incorporar en 3 veces al dulce de leche \u00a0con movimientos envolventes para evitar que la preparaci\u00f3n se baje.<\/li>\n<li>Rellenar hasta 3\/4 partes de los moldes y colocar en una asadera forrada con papel manteca.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar al horno precalentado y dentro del horno llenar la asadera con agua para que se cocinen en ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda. Mantenerlos a temperatura fuerte durante 20 minutos.
