Llevarlas al horno hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s llevarlas al microondas. Retirar y reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Rehogar todas las verduras cortadas en fina juliana y, fuera del fuego, incorporarles la salsa blanca y luego el queso. Mezclar todo, salpimentar y rellenar con esta preparaci\u00f3n las mitades de calabaza. Llevar nuevamente al horno para que se gratinen y doren en la superficie.
