Salpimentar. Reducir por 30 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Para las berenjenas, cortar las berenjenas en lonjas (longitudinalmente) y drenar con sal por un por media hora en un colador (va a soltar el jugo amargo). Enjuagar y dorar en oliva de ambos lados.<\/li>\n<li>Para armar, en fuente para horno con base de oliva, colocar una capa de berenjenas grilladas, salsa, queso de rallar y mozzarella.\u00a0 Repetir.
